Returns and Exchanges

Full priced items that are unworn, tags still attached and in original packaging can be exchanged for store credit within 14 days of delivery. All return order shipping fees are at the customers expense and are non-refundable. Please ensure that parcels are clearly labelled and securely packaged. We recommend adding tracking to the return parcel as any items lost in the mail will not be refunded.

Returns are provided for any damaged or defective items as long as claims are placed within 5 days of the item being received. Please allow 5 business days for your refund to be processed from the time we receive your return parcel. All items will be inspected and we reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items are not returned in a saleable state. 

Refunds will be processed back to the card or account that it was used to make the original purchase.

We do not offer returns or exchanges on sale items.
