How will my order be shipped?
Blushe is proud to offer an extensive range of garments from international designers to provide you with the latest fashion trends in one location.
Each item will be hand packed and shipped directly by the designers depending on the shipping location of the designer. The shipping location is specified on each product listing. Eg, 'Shipped From United States'. 

When will I receive my order?
Each item is hand packed by independent designers from different locations worldwide. This means the time it takes to receive your order may vary depending on both yours and the designer’s location.
Before making your purchase, please refer the 'Lead Time' note in the product listing. This is the designer’s processing time required to prepare your order.
In addition to the processing time, the shipping time will require a further 1-5 days for domestic postage and 5-20 days for international postage until you can expect to receive your order.

Do you offer store credit if I change my mind?
Yes, we offer store credit if you would like to return an item. Please refer to our returns policy for more information. 

How do I return an item?
Full priced items can be exchanged for store credit. If an item is faulty please contact us within 5 days of receipt and we will issue a full refund. Please refer to our refund policy for more information.
